Movement has always been my language — a quiet, intuitive conversation between breath and body.

From a young age, I was drawn to the meditative rhythm of movement: the way it grounds, challenges, and frees you all at once. When I discovered Pilates at 14, it gave structure to something I already knew deep down — that the body wants to be listened to, challenged, and loved. Pilates became a practice of presence, refinement, and transformation.

My movement journey has also been shaped by years of practicing physical theatre, where I explored expression, embodiment, and storytelling through the body. Outside the studio, I find inspiration and connection in nature — especially through hiking, which brings a grounding, expansive balance to my practice and life.

I’m a certified Mat and STOTT Reformer Pilates teacher, with additional Fascia Movement Training, as well as Barre and the full range of studio equipment, including the Cadillac, Chair, and Ladder Barrel.

Alongside Pilates, I’ve spent years immersed in yoga and meditative practices, studying techniques such as Metta, Yoga Nidra, Vipassana, and Transcendental Meditation — all of which inform how I guide others toward greater presence, resilience, and inner calm.

My lifelong curiosity about the soma-psyche connection continues to lead me into the fields of psychology and philosophy. Combined with studies in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, my mission is to help others experience movement not just as exercise — but as a path to strength, awareness, and holistic well-being.

I’m deeply passionate about movement education. For me, quality instruction is more than just technical knowledge — it’s a blend of lived experience, empathy, presence, and a deep belief in the transformative power of mindful movement. Our bodies are not machines to be pushed, but invaluable companions that deserve care, attention, and respect.
